With many years of experience working and living in Spain, Bill has developed key business relationships and partnerships that are invaluable to Dream Casas and you.

As Director-UK Operations for Barrett Villas SL (2003-2006), Bill was highly successful selling real estate during the boom in the region of Murcia, Spain. In 2006, he launched JMK International Consultants, with his background in Business, Insurance and Finance and having developed the skills, knowledge and business contacts enabled him to offer a complete one-stop solution for individuals and companies seeking to buy property or business in Spain’s Costa Calida. Being solution-oriented, Bill is also Joint Managing Director of Villa Solera Services SL offering one-stop property management services for property investors in the region of Murcia.

It is with this vast experience in addition to solid professional relationships that has brought him to now launch Dream Casas. Living in Spain is all about finding the right balance between work and lifestyle – an objective that motivates Bill on a daily basis.

Fluent in Spanish, Bill’s vast network also enables Dreams Casas to have partnerships with professionals fluent in English, Indian, French, German and Dutch.

Rob Sanders

Rob Sanders is a Partner in Dream Casas and the Founder of RSO Consulting, a full service, data-driven online advertising and marketing firm specializing in search engine optimization, paid search management, social media optimization and web analytics consulting.

With over 20 years of online marketing experience, his expertise in the design and development of advanced e-commerce and web-based solutions for B2C, financial, competitive and customer service demands gives Dream Casas the “tech edge” in this fast-paced industry. His outstanding track record in online marketing and experience in creating advanced web initiatives will assist Dream Casas with securing new clients interested in buying or selling a property in Spain.

Originally from the United States, Rob currently splits his time between traveling to the U.S. and Europe for work and his second home in Cartagena. He originally purchased the property in Spain in 2009 with the dream of living a global, mobile life and enjoying all that Spain has to offer . . . a dream that has come true.

Kathy Sanders

Kathy Sanders is a Hospitality Sales and Marketing Professional with over half of her 30 years of experience focused in the Private Club Industry.

Kathy has held a number of Marketing Director positions within ClubCorp, a worldwide leader in private club management and several private clubs in the San Francisco Bay Area. She was recruited as Membership & Marketing Director for the Palo Alto Hills Golf & Country Club, one of the most prestigious private, member-owned clubs in Silicon Valley, California. During her 8-year tenure at this 5-star club, Kathy successfully recruited nearly 500 new members!

Originally from the United States, Kathy has called San Francisco, California her home for over 13 years. Lured by the Spanish lifestyle and weather, she and purchased a second home, an apartment with a golf view off plan in the Mar Menor Golf Resort, and has been spending as much time here as possible here since 2009. Her experience from plan to purchase to relocation is invaluable to the Dream Casas team.

Now an official resident in Spain since 2014, Kathy brings her experience and enthusiasm for the region to Dream Casas. People often ask her, “You moved all the way to Murcia from California! Why?” And the answer is simple – Porque No! Fluent in Spanish, she would like to help you find your Dream Casa property in Spain and start living the dream!
